The Partner Programme

Our Partner Programme is built for agencies that value efficiency and regulatory expertise. As an extension of your own team, we handle the technical side of your portfolio, allowing you to focus on managing your properties and supporting your landlords.

How It Works

  • Monthly Retainer: Your monthly fee acts as a flexible credit account. This balance can be applied to any of our assessment services, such as EPCs or  Legionella Risk Assessments.

  • Partner Discounts: As a partner, every service you book is billed at a preferential, discounted rate tailored to your tier, helping you manage your bottom line.
  • Rolling Partnership: We operate on a monthly rolling basis with no long-term contracts.

  • Proactive Compliance: Beyond assessments, use your account for expert consultancy to your agency and landlords navigate MEES legislation and portfolio strategy.

Partner Programme Tiers

The Fine Print

  • Simple Billing: Your monthly retainer is processed via Stripe on the 28th of each month. This credits your account for the month ahead, ensuring you receive your partner discounts and priority turnaround times.

  • Transparency: On the 1st of each month, you will receive a statement of work. This will show the services used, your partner discount applied, and the balance remaining. If your usage exceeds your monthly retainer, any outstanding amount will be invoiced separately at your discounted rate.

  • Rolling Credit: We understand that property flow varies. While we encourage you to use your services regularly, any unused portion of your retainer will carry over for one additional month to provide you with maximum flexibility

  • Cancellation: We operate on a rolling basis; we simply require 28 days’ notice to cancel your partnership.
